is going to publish my book! i’m still so excited. i have till jan 1 to do a final draft–not any major changes, but a few things here and there.
i’m especially excited because Tinfish is based in the Pacific and also because they make incredibly creative books / chapbooks. tho i haven’t read their entire catalog, i have reviewed many of their titles and i recommend all of them:
poeta en san francisco, by barbara jane reyes (review @ rain taxi)
alchemies of distance, by caroline sinavaiana-gabbard (review @ rattle)
2 poems by Bradajo, by jozuf hadley (review forthcoming @ First Intensity)
aching for mango friends, by jacinta galea’i (review forthcoming @ Traffic)
composite. diplomacy, by padcha tuntha-obas (review @ boog city + galatea resurrects)
a drag queen named pipi, by dan taulapapa mcmullin (review @ slope)
clutch, by sawako nakayasu (review forthcoming @ word for / word)
pacific postmodern, by rob wilson (review @ galatea resurrects)
i’ve linked to most of these reviews from this blog. there are a few more titles i hope to review sometime in the fall–they just have so much good stuff it’s kind of ridiculous. anyhow, i am of course honored to be soon in such amazing company.
